Reminder to all members that Provincial Winter Games are fast approaching. These Provincial Games are qualifying events for Special Olympics PEI athletes to be considered for Team PEI 2020.
The Special Olympics New Brunswick Winter Games will be held February 21st-24th and will be a qualifier for floor hockey, snowshoe, and curling athletes.
Special Olympics Nova Scotia will also be hosting an event February 22nd-24th, which will act as a qualifier for speed skating and figure skating.
Special Olympics PEI will be hosting an event in February 2019 for cross country ski athletes, more information will be provided as details are finalized.
