Special Olympics PEI, in partnership with Ahead in the Game, is hosting two Virtual Strong Minds Education Sessions, January 26 at 10am and February 1 at 6:30pm. Sign-up is required for these events (by January 12 and 18 respectively) by calling the Special Olympics office at 902-368-8919. 

Through these sessions athletes will work on strategies to help cope with stress and anxiety. Wellness Champion participants can also use these sessions towards the Connect and Learn pillar.
