Special Olympics PEI is excited to be able to offer 3 different Health Athletes screenings at our bowling event in May. The screening for this event will include Special Smiles, Healthy Hearing, and MedFest.
While this event is paired with a bowling tournament all Islander with an intellectual disability are welcome to attend these screenings along with all Special Olympics PEI athletes! Special Olympics PEI is hopefully that there will be a big turnout of individuals to attend these screenings. This mean that we need the support of great volunteers, along with our clinical directors, to help make this event a success!
Students and professionals with experience in dentistry, audiology, and the medical field will be an asset for these screenings, however, general volunteers are also needed for these screenings, no experience is necessary to help support this event.
