Juice, coffee, sports drinks, and pop all include ingredients that dehydrate you, making you feel slow and tired. They can also cause headaches. Drinking water will give you energy, it’s better for your skin, and will make your body healthy so you can enjoy the summer! If you don’t like the taste of water, try adding different fruits or vegetables to your water such as lemons, cucumber, or berries.
