Try to challenge yourself

When you are working out, try to run for one more minute or hold a plank for 30 more seconds. When you feel like giving up or things are too hard, try to push yourself for one more second. You will feel proud of yourself, and over time you will see yourself getting better. If you find yourself eating too many treats, challenge yourself to replace one treat a day with something sweet like fruit or savoury like hummus.
