These challenges will end on Friday February 26th 2021.
Certificates for the top 3 winners in each division per competition will be sent to each school the week of March 1st.
Competitions are broken into the fundamental movement skills of Running, Jumping, Throwing, Catching, and Kicking.
Due to COVID-19 we have opted to have both a SINGLE and UNIFIED component to each competition! Athletes with an intellectual disability can compete either on their own or with a partner.

LONG JUMP: Participant stands with toes on the line, jump as far as they can. Measured from line to the body part closest to the start line (generally a heel)

DISTANCE: Participant must remain behind the start line. Throw ball; ball is measured from where it first hits the ground to the starting line.
ACCURACY: Participants stands behind a 2m, 4m, 6m start line and tries to hit target (centre, middle, outer ring or miss) |

DISTANCE: Participant must remain behind the start line. Kick a ball. Ball is measured when it stops moving to the start line.
UNIFED PASSING: Count number of completed passes between participants in a row. |

SINGLE: Participant chooses to catch with either 1 hand or 2 hands. Stand back from the wall, throw ball and count number of completed catches in a row.
UNIFIED: Partners stand 2m, 4m, or 6m and count number of completed passes (catch "counts" as long as ball does not touch the ground) in a row |
