BREATHE. Yoga is an important part of any athlete’s routine. So we are back for episode two of Yoga and Mindfulness with our very special guest Shelbi Snodgrass! Shelbi, a 200-hour registered yoga instructor, has created this yoga session specifically for the Special Olympics BC community. Complete this calm, stretchy, and mindful yoga video to finish off this GREAT week of workouts.

About Shelbi

Shelbi Snodgrass is completing her Master's of Counselling Psychology degree at Athabasca University.  She has spent the last 5 years working as a mental health and addictions counsellor for a private national organization. Additionally, she is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and has developed yoga programs for her mental health organization. Shelbi is currently a mental performance consultant intern with Douglas College athletes, where she combines her passion for mental health, mindfulness, and performance. In her spare time, Shelbi enjoys hiking and laughing with friends, and is glad to be connecting with the athletes at SOBC.
