National Recognition for Special Olympics Alberta Volunteers

National Recognition for Special Olympics Alberta Volunteers

Every year, since 1989, Special Olympics Canada has honoured athletes and volunteers for their remarkable achievements that contribute to and strengthen the Special Olympics movement.

This year, two outstanding Special Olympics Alberta volunteers will be honoured at this year’s 2016 Special Olympics Canada National Awards: Carol Wideman and Rick Taylor.

The awards take place on Thursday, November 17 at Glenn Gould Studio in Toronto.

Special Olympics Alberta is extremely proud of the national recognition our amazing members are receiving. We are thankful to have Carol and Rick represent Alberta!
