Input Program Sessions

Create Sessions for Athletes and Volunteers Online

1. In a new tab, login to the portal using the following link: https://portal.specialolympics.ca/

  • Select Local/Community Coordinator from volunteer roles.

 

 

2. Select New Facility from the navigation tab on the right side of the page. Enter facility information. Ensure that you input information in both the ‘Address’ and ‘Main Information’ Tabs.

 

 

 

3. Once you have submitted new facility information, click clubs.  Select from the list of sports using the details icon.  If the club you’re looking for is not already in this list, you will need to contact SOA to add this sport for your community.

 

 

 

4. After selecting the ‘Club Details’ icon, fill in relevant information and navigate to ‘Club Sessions’.  Select 'Add' icon to create a new session.

 

 

 

5.  Enter relevant information- please note: 

  • Program capacity is for your reference only, and will not prevent enrollments when this capacity surpassed.
  • If your community is not accepting online payments, enter $0.00 as the price.
  • Set start dates and end dates for payments with reference to when registration opens in your community.

 

When finished, press 'Submit'.
