Return to Program: Coach Mental Health Session

Special Olympics Alberta recognizes there may be anxiousness or nervousness around Returning to Programs. Our plan to reignite the movement will start at the grassroots programs as we slowly and safely return to in-person programs.

To help prepare coaches for a full program start we are excited to offer a Coach Mental Health Session with Frank van den Berg, Mental Performance Consultant with CSI Calgary. Frank will be leading coaches through a session on the psycho-social aspects of returning to training: understanding mental & social factors, attending to different needs, tips & strategies for coaches.
