Special Olympics Saskatchewan is pleased to sanction the 2019 Saskatchewan Powerlifting Association (SPA) Provincials as a qualifier for the 2021 Special Olympics Saskatchewan Provincial Summer Games.
In order to register for the 2019 SPA Provincials, a Special Olympics athlete must have attended a previous powerlifting competition and recorded a total in that competition.
This competition is high level and therefore should not be an athlete’s first competition. For any coaches who have beginner powerlifting athletes, you can submit a sanction request for a local powerlifting competition if you wish to get them qualified for 2021 SOS Provincials.
