Warm up
Warm up by taking a 10-15min walk around your neighbourhood, start slowly and increase you speed as you go!

20,10, 5 reps of the following exercises. Go through all the following exercises doing 20 reps, rest, 10 reps, rest, and then 5 reps
Lets test your push up strength!
How many push-ups can you do? Try them against the wall standing up, or on the ground from your knees and toes!
