Strength & Flexibility

Its a beautiful day out, so try to do this warm up outside!

WARM UP 

1. 10 giant steps

2. 10 steps walking backwards

3. 20 steps jogging

Repeat 2 times

STRENGTH

Do this list continuously. once you are done with one exercise, move to the next one right away 

20 seconds of plank hold 

20 seconds of hip bridge

20 seconds of arm and leg raise 

20 seconds rest 

Do this list 3 times

 

Flexibility

Do the following list of stretches 30 seconds on each side and the list two times: 

Side stretch 

Wrist flexion & extension stretch 

Modified hurdler's stretch
