WARM UP
Repeat 3 times
- 20 seconds walking or jogging on the spot
- Rest 10 seconds
Repeat 3 times
- 20 seconds stretch down to your toes, then reach up for the sky
- Rest 10 seconds
Strength
Curl ups
Shrugs
Plank from knees
Side arm raises
Flexibility
Hold each stretch for 30 seconds, repeat each stretch 3 times
