ENDURANCE & BALANCE

WARM UP
Repeat 2 times, rest in between
- 30 seconds bend down and touch the ground, stretch up tall and reach for the sky
- 30 seconds arm circles
- 30 seconds marching on the spot
Endurance
Do each exercise right after one another, rest once you go through all endurance exercises:
1. 20 seconds jogging on the spot
2. 20 quick punches
3. 10 Jumping Jacks
4. 5 side to side hops
REPEAT LIST 2-3 TIMES
Balance
Hold your one leg balance as long as you can. If you want to challenge yourself try it with your eyes closed.
