Biography: 

Susan has volunteered with Special Olympics for 26 years and worked with Special Olympics Manitoba for 15 years. She is Head Coach for the Streamers Rhythmic Gymnastics Program in Winnipeg and a Master Coach Developer for Special Olympics Coaching Program. Susan was Mission Staff at the 2012 Greece Summer Games. She says it truly is a privilege to be a part of Team Canada and can’t wait to see all the hard work and dedication the athletes put into their training demonstrated at the 2019 World Games. Her goals are to ensure her team has everything they need to compete at their best and to absolutely have the time of their lives. Susan’s daughter, sister and niece all volunteer at the local level.
