Biography:

Jessica Larivée is a 26-year-old athlete from Boucherville, QC and has been involved with Special Olympics for 15 years. The Special Olympics World Summer Games, Abu Dhabi 2019 will be Jessica’s second international competition, having been a member of Team Canada at the 2013 World Games in Korea. Jessica has 185 total medals, including two Silver and a Gold. Her sports of choice include athletics, alpine skiing and snowshoeing. Thanks to Special Olympics, Jessica says she can learn and participate in new and different sports, is more positive and social, gets to travel and meet new friends. She also works full-time and enjoys karate.
