25-year-old Dylan has been a Special Olympics athlete for 15 years. He won Gold in Soccer at the Special Olympics Canada Summer Games, Antigonish 2018 and Silver in Floor Hockey at the 2007 National Games. He says it means a lot to attend his first World Games to show what Special Olympics is all about and that people with his disability can do anything! Dylan credits Special Olympics for helping him to find his potential through sport, getting motivated to try new things and to further his education. Dylan graduated Culinary Arts from Fleming College in 2015 and currently works at Landsdowne Place in Peterborough. His Mother is a Special Olympics volunteer.
