Biography:

29-year-old Claudio has been a Special Olympics athlete for 15 years. He plays Soccer, Basketball, Bocce, Bowling and Baseball. Claudio won medals in the Regional and National games. Claudio’s Father passed away, but Claudio continued with his sports as he knows his Dad is so proud of him. Claudio’s Mom is his biggest fan and helps him prepare for his individual activity sports. Claudio says Special Olympics is very important in his life and that SO friends, coaches and staff are the most meaningful things next to his family. For his first World Games, Claudio plans to achieve with a smile, respect the competitive spirit and be proud for his teammates and all the athletes.
