How long have you been involved with Special Olympics?
For 11 years.
How is your life different since joining Special Olympics?
I get to go to different places and meet people from all over, I would not have been able to do this if I wasn't involved with Special Olympics.
What do you like most about the sport you will be competing in at Special Olympics World Summer Games Berlin 2023?
Swimming is my whole life - I love to compete!
What is your proudest moment with Special Olympics?
My proudest moment is winning gold in 1500 and 800 free at the SO World Games in Dubai, and winning gold in medley relay and silver in 400 free. Also, very proud to be selected as the 2019 Special Olympics Canada male athlete of the year.
What does Special Olympics and attending World Games mean to you?
I'm very honored to be selected, I will do my absolute best to make Canada proud!
What is your goal for Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023?
To have personal bests and hopefully win medals for Canada.
