Meet our new Fund Development Coordinator, Keaghan Norring!

Keaghan's primary areas of responsibility include Special Olympics PEI fundraising and event support and Law Enforcement Torch Run Committee and event support.

Keaghan joined Special Olympics PEI in October 2026 as Fund Development Coordinator, after graduating from Brock University’s Sport Management program in 2025. He previously worked with the PEI Golf Association and has volunteered with the Canada Games, les Jeux de l’Acadie, Lacrosse PEI, Volleyball PEI, and Hockey PEI. Born in Red Deer, Alberta, Keaghan has called Charlottetown home since 2008.

Sport has always been a big part of his life. Keaghan is the Director of Officiating for Lacrosse PEI, has officiated at the Minor Box Lacrosse Nationals, referees some hockey, and recently coached volleyball with les Jeux de l’Acadie. His first experience with Special Olympics came through a Unified Bocce program in his grade 12 leadership class. As a lifelong sports fan, Keaghan is passionate about building unforgettable experiences for athletes and is excited to be part of the Special Olympics PEI team.
