Cops and Crepes an incredible success

Cops and Crepes Regina

Media Advisory: Cora’s Cops and Crêpes Event in Support of Special Olympics Saskatchewan a Huge Success

Over the weekend, our finest served up breakfast and brunch at 3 Cora Breakfast and Lunch restaurants all to support Special Olympics Saskatchewan. Cora’s Cops and Crepes is an official Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) fundraising event combining the love of breakfast and brunch with service with a smile from those who serve and protect you.

Law enforcement officers, Special Olympics athletes, and volunteers joined together to wait on tables and collect donations at Cora restaurants across Saskatchewan to support Special Olympics Saskatchewan. Thanks to the generosity of Cora’s patrons, the Law Enforcement Torch Run and Special Olympics Saskatchewan are happy to announce that they were able to cruise past their event goal of $10,000, raising over $18,000 provincially!

Cora Breakfast and Lunch restaurants has been a proud partner of the Cops and Crêpes fundraising event since 2016 where it started in Regina and we’re excited to have had the event grow to be a province-wide fundraising event this year.

This year, Coras saw officers from many local law enforcement agencies, including Saskatoon Police Service, Regina Police Service, Deputy Sheriffs from the Ministry of Justice, RCMP, Saskatchewan Provincial Corrections, Saskatchewan Conservation, and Correctional Services Canada, all having generously volunteered their time to be part of this event.
