2023 Polar Plunge

THANK YOU to everyone!

The water may have been cold, but the weather for both the Saskatoon and Regina Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Polar Plunge's was perfect. The first Polar Plunge took place in Saskatoon on February 4th in the Cabela's parking lot, while the second Polar Plunge took place in downtown Regina on February 11th. With over 120 brr-ave individuals taking the Plunge for Special Olympics athletes across the province, we raised an incredible $55,000.00! We are warmed by the generosity of all the Polar Plungers, volunteers, sponsors and supporters - without you, none of this would be possible.

Congratulations to the winners of this years Polar Plunge Contests:

  • Top Fundraising Team's - Freezin Fuzz (Saskatoon) & Team Trench (Regina)
  • Top Individual Fundraiser - Shel as Ladybug (Saskatoon) & Tyler McMurchy (Regina)
  • Best Costume - RCMP Power Plungers (Regina)
  • Too Chicken To Plunge 50/50 Winner - Connor Lazar
