How long have you been involved with Special Olympics?

I joined the team at Special Olympics Canada just over three years ago.

How is your life different since joining Special Olympics?

I never have to look far for motivation. The athletes, coaches, volunteers, and all those involved in the movement are limitless sources of inspiration.

What does Special Olympics and attending World Games mean to you?

It is an honour and a privilege to be a part of Special Olympics Team Canada. To witness a group so deserving of the opportunity to showcase their talents and dedication on the world stage is something I don’t take for granted. It will surely be a career highlight and the experience of a lifetime.

What is your goal for Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023?

My goal is to do everything in my ability to help shine a spotlight on our Special Olympics Team Canada athletes and give them the platform to share their accomplishments with the rest of Canada – their friends, family, fans and supporters back home.
