Biography: 

Melissa has been with Special Olympics for 11 years. She says her involvement has made her a better person, more patient and caring, and that carries over into all aspects of her life. She views the Special Olympics World Summer Games, Abu Dhabi 2019 as an opportunity for her to grow as a coach and to bring those experiences home to Winnipeg, MB to help her team become better athletes.
