Biography:

Dawn Rieben has been involved with Special Olympics since 2014. She won two Gold and two Bronze medals at National Games in PEI. This will be Dawn’s first time competing in the World Games and her goal is to win medals. Her favourite sports are 10-pin bowling and bocce. Dawn works at Sobey’s in Regina and in a church basement providing catering services. Dawn credits family support and Special Olympics with helping her overcome challenges and finding a good work/life balance. In addition to bowling twice a week, Dawn enjoys watching football.
