About Kimberly Rutledge
Kimberly is a scientist, mental wellness advocate, Special Olympics BC volunteer, and sister and BFF of SOBC – Kelowna athlete Kassidy. Throughout the pandemic, Kim has been leading wonderful health education sessions for the SOBC community. She brought together her mental wellness expertise in this workbook for everyone to use and benefit!
