How is your life different since joining Special Olympics?
Special Olympics has helped me realize my dreams.
How have you been preparing yourself for competition?
I have been training four to six times a week.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
I have most proud of dreaming big and achieving them. Growing up as many Canadian children have dreams of winning the Stanley Cup and I realize now that I have won an equivalent being in Special Olympics. I am a world champion and hold the record in the 5 KM snowshoeing event!
What does Special Olympics and attending World Games mean to you?
The World Games gives me an opportunity to reach a high-note in my sport.
