How is your life different since joining Special Olympics?
Special Olympics has provided me a routine. Being a Special Olympics athlete keeps me busy and active.
How have you been preparing yourself for competition?
I do my best to get in some training each and every day.
What is the biggest challenge you've overcome in your life?
The loss of a loved one. I lost my grandfather and miss him very much. He is a big part of me and in my thoughts daily.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
One of my greatest accomplishments is being part of this team and I am proud to be part of Special Olympics!
What does Special Olympics and attending World Games mean to you?
Special Olympics makes me happy. I look forward to attending the World Games. It has been a long road to make it this far.
