Special Olympics Saskatchewan is excited to offer an Athlete Leadership Program training weekend April 18th & 19th!
This training opportunity is open to all Special Olympics athletes. For anyone unfamiliar with the program, one of the main objectives is to prepare athletes to undertake meaningful positions of influence and leadership throughout the Special Olympics organization, both on and off the playing field. We will be offering three different pillars (dependant on number of registrants): Speaker Training, Social Media and Media Training and Athletes on Committees & Input Councils. Please find the registration form below.
*Each athlete is required to attend with a mentor who will work with them one-on-one for the duration of the weekend. Registration forms will be accepted until April 3rd and can be emailed to jzerr@specialolympics.sk.ca
