WARM UP
Do each exercise for 30 seconds, take 10-20 second rest. Do the list 3 times.
1. 10 giant steps
2. 10 steps walking backwards
3. 20 steps jogging
Strength
Do 10 reps of each exercise and repeat 3 times, rest for 30 seconds once all exercises are complete.
*Hold plan for 20-45 seconds*
Flexibility
Hold each stretch for 20 seconds, and do the list 3 times
