Strength & Flexibility
Warm Up
Do the list 2 times:
10 stepping/jumping jack
10 arm circles
10 high knees on each side (stepping or jumping)
10 butt kicks on each side (stepping or jumping)
Strength
We will do one strength exercise from each level from the Fit 5 fitness cards! Do the list only once.
Level 1: 50 curl ups

Level 2: 40 over head press (use a weight or can)

Level 3: 30 pushups from knees (or wall! )

Level 4: 20 Reverse fly (using a weight or can)

Level 5: 10 Froward arm raises (weight or can)

Flexibility
Do the following list of stretches 20 seconds on each side and do the list 3 times:
Seated rotation stretch

Side stretch

Triceps stretch
