Strength & Flexibility 

warm up 

For the warm up, do the following list 2 times

1. 20 Jumping/ stepping jumping jacks

2. 10 arm circles (5 each direction)

3. 5 calf raises 



Do the list continuously with no breaks, once the list is complete take a rest and do it again. 

Do the list 3 times 

30 second wall sit 

12 forward arm raises 

12 side arm raises

12 squats (partial or full)



Do the following list of stretches for 20 seconds on each side and do the list 3 times: 

Chest stretch 

Crossed leg hip stretch 

Tricep stretch
