Repeat 4 times

  1. 20 half squats 
  2. Rest 10 seconds 

Repeat 4 times

  1. 20 seconds arm raises over your head
  2. Rest 10 seconds

Repeat 4 times

  1. 20 seconds stepping or jumping jacks 
  2. Rest 10 seconds


8 push-ups from knees, repeat 4 times

8 arm and leg raises, repeat 4 times 

8 overhead presses, repeat 4 times


Hold each stretch for 30 seconds, repeat each exercise 2 times
