  1. 100 times marching on the spot 
  2. 20 arm circles 
  3. 10 times bend down reach your toes, then reach the sky


20 seconds each exercise with 10 seconds rest in between. Do each exercise 4 times.


Walk the line (15 steps, repeat 4 times) 

Single leg stance (work up to 30 seconds) 

Leg Swings (15 swings per leg, repeat 3 times)
