ENDURANCE & BALANCE

WARM UP
- 100 times marching on the spot
- 20 arm circles
- 10 times bend down reach your toes, then reach the sky
ENDURANCE
20 seconds each exercise with 10 seconds rest in between. Do each exercise 4 times.
Balance
Walk the line (15 steps, repeat 4 times)
Single leg stance (work up to 30 seconds)
Leg Swings (15 swings per leg, repeat 3 times)
