EMOM (EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE)
Today we are doing the same style of workout we have done the last two Saturdays.

WARM UP
Its a beautiful day outside! Warm up will be a 15-20 min walk

ENDURANCE
We are going to test your endurance today by doing an every minute on the minute (EMOM) workout! You have one minute to do the exercise, if you finish before the minute is up, you get a break. If you don't finish just move on to the next exercise. For example , for the first minute you will do 5-15 frog jumps. If there is time left over, enjoy it as a break. Minute two you will start with 30-45 seconds running on the spot, and so on.
It will take a total of 10 minutes:
If you can do the workout outside, do it! We need to all get vitamin D!
Minute 1: 5-15 Frog Jumps
Minute 2: 30-45 seconds jog in place
Minute 3: REST
Minute 4: 10-20 mountain climbers (per side)
Minute 5: 20-45 seconds stand on one foot (left)
Minute 6: 5-15 side hops (each side)
Minute 7: REST
Minute 8: 2-10 tuck jumps/variation stepping knees to chest
Minute 9: 20-45seconds stand on one foot (left)
Minute 10: 2-10 burpees/ variation would be to step instead of jump
