Endurance & Balance

Warm up 

1. 30 marching steps with big arm swings 

2. 20 stepping or jumping jacks 

3. 10 arm circles. 

4. 5 trunk rotations 

 

Endurance & Balance Together 

10 minute EMOM: 

Min 1- 5-15 step ups 

Min 2- 10-15 mountain climbers on each leg

Min 3- 30-45 seconds stand on one foot (right)

Min 4- REST

Min 5- 5-10 high knees jog in place (each leg) 

Min 6- 20-45 seconds stand on one foot (left)

Min 7- REST

Min 8- 30-45 seconds regular jogging in place 

Min 9- 15-20 quick punches

 

Min 10- As many burpees as you can do in one minute!
