Endurance & Balance

Warm up 

30 seconds of each continuous, 30 seconds to rest and stretch, then do it again: 

Marching/ jogging on the spot

Arm circles

Bend down to reach your toes, stretch up and reach to the sky 

If you don't feel warmed up enough, do it again! 



For the burpees you can step out or jump. For the mountain climbers, step ups and punches do 20 on each side, so 40 all together.

5 burpees 

20 step ups

5 burpees

20 quick punches 

5 burpees



Test yourself to stand on one leg for 1 minute. If this is too easy, try closing your eyes whilst doing it!
