Staying Healthy at Home

Special Olympics NWT is providing 10-15 minute home workouts  on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

For the Active start and FUNdementals program, we will post fun workouts EVER Friday! Check them out under the "Staying Healthy at Home" (drop down options). 

We would love to get our volunteers involved too! 

We are asking volunteers to take photos or short videos of theselves doing an activity or the workout and tag us on Facebook, Instagram or send an email to Abby, .
