Level 1 Equipment: A sturdy chair (with no wheels)
week 2 november 2
Level 2 Equipment: Step or Step Stool (if you have one) and sturdy chair (with no wheels), You can also use hand weights (2-5lbs) or tins of food if you do not have hand weights for this session.
week 3 november 9
Level 3 Equipment: Hand weights (2-5lbs) or tins of food if you do not have any weights.
week 4 november 16
Level 4 Equipment: Hand weights (2-5lbs) or tins of food if you do not have any weights, Sturdy Chair (with no wheels).
week 5 november 23
Level 5 Equipment: Step or Step Stool (if you have one), Hand Weights (2-5lbs) or tins of food if you do not have hand weights.
Sessions may require you to do exercises on the floor, if you prefer you can use a yoga mat!
