  • Unsweetened coconut
  • Quick oats
  • Nut butter (such as peanut butter)

  • 1-pound strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, light, softened
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs

•    1 cup watermelon, diced 
•    1 cup honeydew melon, diced 
•    3 tbsp red onion, diced 
•    1 tbsp jalapeno, finely diced 
•    2 tbsp cilantro, chopped 
•    1½ tbsp lime juice 
•    1 tsp lime zest 
•    Salt

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter, smooth
  • ¼ cup yogurt, vanilla, fat free
  • 3 medium pears/bananas/apples – your choice!

Sobeys Dietitian Rebecca King hosted this Facebook Live about making vegetable quiche cups! Ingredients:
•    9 large eggs
•    1/3 cup of milk
•    1 ½ tsp of thyme
•    Salt and pepper
•    Any leftover grilled/roasted vegetables, like chopped eggplant, zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, onions, squash, broccoli, cauliflower
•    ½ cup goat or feta cheese, crumbled
•    1/3 cup pesto or salsa (optional)

Sobeys Dietitian Veronique Guitard hosted this Facebook Live about making a grilled cheese with tomato and pesto! All you need is whole wheat bread, margarine, basil pesto, Swiss cheese and tomato.

Sobeys Dietitian Rebecca King hosted this Facebook Live about making a Greek orzo salad! Ingredients:
•    Uncooked orzo: 3/4 cup (Don’t have orzo? No problem! Try whole wheat pasta, quinoa, brown rice or even chickpeas or lentils!)
•    Olive oil: 3 tbsp 
•    Pesto: 2 tbsp 
•    Fresh lemon juice: 2 tbsp 
•    Salt and pepper
•    Diced red pepper, cucumber and tomato: 1 cup each 
•    Sliced, pitted kalamata olives: 1/2 cup 
•    Green onions: 1/2 cup finely sliced 
•    Chopped fresh parsley and fresh dill: 1/4 cup each

  • 2 cups soy/almond beverage, fortified, original
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 package of regular instant oatmeal OR  1/3 cup of oats
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • ½ tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
