Pan American Silver played an important role in the success of the 2023 Special Olympics BC Winter Games presented by Prospera Credit Union. SOBC’s first Provincial Games in four years brought more than 500 athletes from around the province together in Kamloops. They relished the opportunity to compete in their favourite sports, show their abilities, and develop lasting friendships.

“Before Special Olympics, it was difficult to make friends. Now I've met many friends inside and out of Special Olympics.
