A Proud LETR Tradition

Build inclusion by getting bold and cold for Special Olympics BC!

The Law Enforcement Torch Run® Polar Plunge® for Special Olympics BC raises vital funds and awareness to empower athletes with intellectual and developmental disabilities and strengthen inclusion across our province

From February 21 to March 8, 2026, anyone and everyone can take the #Plunge4SOBC to raise vital funds that help Special Olympics BC empower athletes through year-round sport, youth, and health programs at low or no cost.

Get bold and cold with brave and creative Plungers from across the province who are committed to helping Special Olympics BC athletes find belonging!

2026 registration is coming soon!

Growing up as a kid, I just didn't have the large friend group and social outgoingness that I do now. It feels amazing – it feels like I actually am part of a community and that I have friends to talk to!
