During the colder weather it’s important to continue to get outside and get some fresh air, rain or shine! This means get outside and enjoy the weather, all types of weather! Sun, rain, or snow, try to get outside every single day.

Nature has many positive benefits for the body and mind and it’s available to everyone, no matter where you live. Make sure to dress properly for the weather so you can enjoy what you see, hear, and smell.

Dressing for the weather doesn’t just mean when it’s wet or cold. Dress appropriately for the sun too and always remember sunscreen, even in the cold!
