While programs take a break for Winter Holidays there are many things you can do on your own or with your family to keep moving. Getting out for a walk in the morning or after dinner is a social way to be active with your family, even more active if you’re walking through snow! You can visit a local holiday lights tour and get moving while enjoying the festivities!  Ice skating and snow shoeing are also great winter activities and may even be new to you and your family.
