SOBC athletes brought the energy to 2024 BC Summer Games
Special Olympics BC athletes displayed their amazing talents the 2024 BC Summer Games in Maple Ridge, from July 17 to 21! 15 athletes competed in a variety of athletics events and 23 athletes competed in swimming. A big congratulations to all who participated!
BC Games are a wonderful opportunity for SOBC athletes to compete and showcase their abilities alongside top young athletes from across the country. These Games are separate from Special Olympics, giving SOBC athletes a chance to shine in front of their peers from generic sports, and gain more experience at major competitions.
