When and how did you get involved with Special Olympics?

2001 started swimming.

Will these be your first Special Olympics Canada Games? If not, which other National Games did you compete in, and in what sports?

National Summer Games in Vancouver 2014 for swimming; National Winter Games in Corner Brook 2016 for cross country skiing.

What were your results in the 2019 Special Olympics BC Winter Games? How did you feel about your performance?

Silver and bronze medals, OK but would have liked to do better.

What does it mean to you to be part of Special Olympics Team BC 2020?

Proud to represent B.C.

What is your goal for these National Games?

Beat my personal best times, win gold for B.C.

What does competing at National Games mean to you?

All the hard work is paying off.

What do you like most about the sport you will compete in at National Games?

Skiing fast all the fresh air and snow.

What is your favourite Special Olympics experience to date?

Going to ski camps to learn more, and winning a gold medal in Corner Brook.

What would you tell someone about Special Olympics to encourage them to get involved?

It's lots of fun and you meet lots of great people.

What other Special Olympics sports do you participate in?

Swimming, golf, floor hockey, and Club Fit.

I like competing in all kinds of sports and doing my best.
