SOBC is excited to be offering a virtual athlete education session discussing Mental Wellness with Mental Health Facilitator, Kimberly Rutledge.
In this session athletes will be learning about Mental Health, self-care, coping skills, mindfulness, breathing techniques, resiliency, gratitude, and so much more. After registering for this session, athletes will be receiving a Mental Wellness Workbook that we will be walking them through, step by step, during the virtual session. We welcome athletes to come with any questions or concerns they may have surrounding this topic.

We will be hosting this session virtually, on Zoom! The link to join the Zoom Meeting will be shared within 24 hours of the session.
Athletes are not required to have their video function enabled (turned on) if they do not feel comfortable, it is entirely up to each participant!
