In this session athletes will be learning about injury prevention, including proper stretching, technique, warm up, and recovery. As our in-person sports are starting back up, now is the perfect time to make sure you are familiar with the best practices to make sure you can safely enjoy your sport programs!
We welcome athletes to come with any questions or concerns they may have surrounding this topic.
Just a reminder: We ask that if you register for a session, you show up for it! We understand that schedules change, but if this is the case, please let the organizer know that you are no longer able to join. As many of our sessions have wait lists, by letting us know that you can not attend, this will give us the opportunity to let another athlete attend in your place. Thank you for your cooperation!
