When and how did you get involved with Special Olympics?

September 2007.

Will these be your first Special Olympics Canada Games? If not, which other National Games did you compete in, and in what sports?

2012 and 2016 for curling as well as 2018 for softball. 

What were your results in the 2019 Special Olympics BC Winter Games? How did you feel about your performance?

I got gold in the A event for curling. 

What is your goal for these National Games?

Try do better than fourth place. That's what I've gotten at the last two winter nationals. 

What does competing at National Games mean to you?

Just have fun, try my best, and meet new and old friends. 

What is your favourite Special Olympics experience to date?

Going to three National Games and meeting a lot of good people.

What would you tell someone about Special Olympics to encourage them to get involved?

You'll have fun with playing the sport you love and meeting new friends.

What other Special Olympics sports do you participate in?

Softball, 10-pin bowling, and I used to play soccer.

What is one word you would use to describe yourself? :)
